Hours:

Hazel Body website is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Emails for questions or concerns sent to

Forms of Payment:

You may purchase products from this website by using any one of the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Paypal is the service used to process payments. Debit Cards are also accepted. You do not need a Paypal account to make purchases. Hazel Body does not accept checks or COD / Cash on Delivery orders.

Hazel Body does not have access to your financial information. Hazel Body will only receive an email from Paypal stating that an order has been completed. Hazel Body will not sell, trade or disclose your information to any unauthorized parties. Hazel Body reserves the right to accept or change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice.

Website Security:

Hazel Body has taken steps to ensure the security of each transaction. The information you send is encrypted using SSL technology. Paypal is a secure site. You can feel comfortable with browsing, entering personal information and making purchases. Your private information is secure.

Ordering, Shipping and Delivery:

Currently, products are shipped to locations only within the United. The risk of loss and title for all products ordered from Hazel Body pass to you/customer when the products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Method:

The current shipping method is only USPS - United States Postal Service, ground only. Depending on the location the products are shipped to, usual delivery times can take from 2 - 7 days, after receipt of order processed by the shipper.

Order Processing Times:

Orders received Monday through Saturday will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Every effort will be made to process orders within 48 hours when possible. Any changes or delays with order processing times, customer will be notified by email, phone or a general notice will be posted on the website.

Order Confirmation:

If your account includes an email address, you will receive an email confirmation of your order when it is processed and another confirmation when it is shipped (including tracking number, if applicable).

P.O. Boxes:

Many orders can be shipped through the USPS (US Postal Service) to a P.O. Box address. Some large or heavy items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. (UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes). If you provide a P.O. Box address and I am unable to accomodate your request, I will notify you by phone or email.

Shipping Rates and Schedules:

Currently, Hazel Body has established a Free Shipping service, through March 31, 2009, which is subject to change at any time. Shipment days are Monday through Saturday. No shipments are made on Sundays or Federal Holidays within the U.S. Shipping procedures can change at any time with or without notice. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 to 72 hours. Every effort will be made to ship orders within 48 hours, when possible. If there are changes or delays with shipping, customer will be notified by email, phone or a general notice will be posted on the website.

Price Changes:

Prices listed on the website are subject to change with or without notice at any time.

Out of Stock:

Hazel Body will make every effort to always have available products. If for any reason products are no longer available or our of stock, they will be removed from the website or a general notice will be posted on the website. Availability of products is subject to change with or without notice at any time.

Damages:

Damages or loss incurred during shipment is the shipper's responsibility. Claims must be filed with the delivering shipper/carrier. The customer must initiate damage claim against the shipper.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, Hazel Body will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, if product is in a condition to be returned via mail service. If products are not in a condition to return via mail service, please send an email to returns@hazelbody.com, with reason. An arrangement for product return on placement will be handled.

Return Policy:

I am committed to customer satisfaction beyond the point of sale. If any product(s) are to be returned, please send an email to
returns@hazelbody.com within 7 days of purchase. Notification must be received within 7 days. Returns must be accompanied by the following: Return Authorization Number (please indicate this number on Packing Slip), Copy of Original Receipt (if you provided an email address during online purchase or upon receipt of the original receipt attached to products on a physical delivery), Copy of Packing Slip (with Return Authorization Number indicated), all original packing if able.

Hazel Body cannot accept returns without prior authorization. A return authorization number may be obtained by sending an email to
returns@hazelbody.com. Please inform me that you are returning your product(s), with reason, and that you are requesting a return authorization number. Once your email is received, you will be emailed a return authorization number to indicate on the packing slip. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment (less shipping costs if applicable).

The following items cannot be returned: Product samples; Regarding Collections - if an individual product(s) within a Set or Collection is damaged or for any other reason, please send an email to returns@hazelbody.com and indicate which product(s) within the Set or Collection and the return process for this instance will be handled accordingly. 

Hazel Body is unable to process new orders through the return process. If you wish to replace a refunded item, please place another order online. As previously stated, an email notification that a product(s) are to be returned within 7 days of purchase, you purchase will be refunded. Hazel Body is unable to give credits for returned items. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, Hazel Body recommends that you send your return(s) via US Postal Service or UPS at the customers cost. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
